A draw is not a win - Blanc

We didn't want to win - BlancThe former defender was unhappy with his side after they dropped points and failed to take advantage of Marseille's draw with Lorient on Tuesday
Laurent Blanc said Paris Saint-Germain played as though they did not want to win after missing out
on the chance to leapfrog Olympique de Marseille and move to the top of Ligue 1.

The visitors took the lead at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy through Edinson Cavani's 29th minute strike, but an own goal from goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu before half-time clinched a point for the home side.

PSG went into the game two points behind Marcelo Bielsa's men, who drew with Lorient on Tuesday, knowing that victory would see them take top spot as they bid for a third consecutive league title.

The result also denied Blanc's men a 10th straight victory in all competitions and the Frenchman was understandably frustrated with their inability to take advantage of the game's golden opportunities.

"We did not want to win tonight and so Marseille's dream continues," he told reporters after the game.

PSG are in action again on Saturday when they host Nantes at the Parc des Princes.
